Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  • Plans:
    • Standard Plan: See current pricing

  • Definitions:
    • Referrer: A user who shares their referral link with others.
    • Referral: A new user who registers through a referral link shared by a Referrer.

Eligibility

  1. A Referrer becomes eligible to participate in the referral program if:
    • Their account is older than 30 days.
    • They have made at least five summary requests.
  2. A Referrer should share their referral link only with users who have not yet registered on our platform.
  3. To qualify for a reward, the Referral must register using the link within 14 days of clicking it.Registration can be completed through all available sign-up methods.

Rewards and Conditions

For Referrals

  1. After the Referral completes their first payment by subscribing to either plan, they enter a one-month waiting period to confirm that they will not cancel or chargeback the subscription.
    • This status is reflected in the Referrer’s “Pending Referrals: 1/4” in their Account Management section. The "1" indicates one Referral has paid for the first month.
  2. If the Referral successfully pays for the second month, they will receive a discount in the third month equivalent to the cost of the Standard Plan:
    • If on the Standard Plan: They receive a discount equivalent to the cost of the Standard Plan, making the third month free.
    • If on the Pro Plan: They receive a discount equivalent to the cost of the Standard Plan, reducing the third month’s cost by one standard plan's monthly price.

For Referrers

  1. If the Referrer has an active subscription:
    • They will receive a discount on their next month’s plan equivalent to the cost of the Standard Plan for each Referral who pays for two consecutive months.
    • This discount can accumulate up to a maximum of four referrals per month. For example:
      • If four referrals purchase subscriptions and complete two payments each, the Referrer can receive up to a Standard plan x4 discount for their next subscription payments.
      • If on the Standard Plan: The referrer will pay $0 for the next four months.
      • If on the Pro Plan: The referrer will pay nothing for the following month, with the remaining discount carried forward to reduce future payments.
  2. If the Referrer does not have an active subscription:
    • They will receive a one-month Standard subscription. This will expire unless they gain another qualifying referral within the same month, in which case the subscription will extend for another month, up to a maximum of four consecutive months per year.
    • Referrers can receive up to four discounts per year from Referrals. This is reflected as “Remaining Referrals/year: 3/4” in their Account Management.

Additional Notes

  1. The discount provided to both users is equivalent to the Standard Plan price, regardless of the Referral’s chosen plan.
  2. This referral program applies only to monthly plans, not annual plans.
